Aspherity
Effective date: August 3, 2026

This policy explains how Aspherity ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors and users of www.aspherity.com (the "Site"). Aspherity provides services to business customers (B2B) and does not knowingly collect data from children.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the information you actively provide to us:

  • Signup: first name, last name, email address.
  • Contact form: name, email address, and message content.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any third-party advertising or profiling technology. We do not passively collect behavioral or usage data.

Hosting note: the Site is hosted by Cloudflare. As part of standard web hosting, Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP address and request logs) needed to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. This is infrastructure-level processing, not tracking or analytics, and Cloudflare acts as our hosting processor.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide only to:

  • Create and manage your account (signup).
  • Respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form.
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data based on:

  • Contract: to provide the account/service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interest: to respond to contact form inquiries and maintain Site security.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

  • Signup data: retained while your account is active, and deleted or anonymized once no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
  • Contact form submissions: retained only until your inquiry is resolved, then deleted unless further retention is needed to comply with a legal obligation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

  • Cloudflare Pages (hosting infrastructure), as described above.
  • Our own email service, used solely to receive and respond to contact form submissions and account communications. This is operated by us directly, not a third-party provider.
  • Where required by law.

We do not sell personal data, as defined under CCPA.

6. International Data Transfers

Because Cloudflare operates a global network, your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Cloudflare maintains appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers as part of its infrastructure services.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the EU/UK), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Request data portability.

Under CCPA (if you are a California resident), you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it's used.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact form.

8. Children's Privacy

Aspherity is a B2B service intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the Site is not directed at children.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
